Hello!  I started in the home inspection field by completing training and coursework through Inspection Certification Associates (ICA), who train based on the ASHI standards.  I am also a licensed home inspector in South Dakota.  In addition, I am an associate member of InterNACHI. 

My primary career before home inspections was in law enforcement.  I use my experience as a police officer to look closer at any safety/security issues and give advice on how to keep your home more secure.  This is all part of my standard home inspection!
